At Sunset Magic Studio, all our pieces are handmade, making each item unique. Due to their handcrafted nature and intended use, we do not accept returns.

However, if your item has a defect, we offer a replacement. To qualify for an exchange, you must report the issue within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please note that custom-made items tailored to personal requests are not eligible for return or exchange.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Your orders are handed over to the courier within an average of 6–7 business days following the order date.
